If you have:
- Decided you no longer want your items
- Ordered the wrong items
- Received the wrong items
Please do not use or remove any coils from their protective packaging or damage the packaging in any way. Coils are consumable items which we guarantee to be new and unused for health and hygiene reasons. As such, we cannot accept any returns of items which have been removed from their protective packaging (the only exception to this will be if we have sent you different items from those you have ordered).
You have 14 days from receiving your product(s) for you (or someone you nominate) to notify us if they are incorrect or you no longer want them, and a further 14 days from that point to return them to us.
Please note, if your products are for regular delivery over a set period (i.e. a subscription) you (or someone you nominate) have 14 days after you receive the first delivery of your goods to notify us if your products are incorrect or you no longer want them (except if we have since sent you an incorrect product from that which you have ordered which we will rectify at any time).
If you wish to return your items, please notify us within 14 days of receiving them at email@example.com using the email from your user account and quoting your order number (if your items are incorrect, please also provide details of this and we’ll try and get you the correct item shipped out as part of the process).
Please then wait for an acknowledgement email before sending your items back to us.
Once we have received your items, we will assess their condition. We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund if we feel these items have been removed from their protective packaging or used in any way. If we are satisfied your items are unused (or their return is an exception to this rule), you will be issued a refund within 14 working days of our receiving back your goods.
Please note, you may also cancel your order before it has been dispatched by notifying us as above.
All products sold by us are consumable items and so are not covered under warranty. However, if your items are Dead on Arrival (faulty on receipt) you should notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving them.
Please await our confirmation for instructions on returning any goods.
We will then require the goods to be returned for testing. If we deem they were Dead on Arrival and not ‘spent’ in their normal operation or through user error we either issue a full refund or offer a replacement.
Please note, coil lifespans vary greatly depending on:
- Their resistance and optimal wattage range
- The wattage they were operated at
- The type of liquid used with them
- The amount of liquid they have vaporised
- The frequency with which they were used

Further Conditions of Returns:
We are not responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items, except where we have agreed to refund or replace an item which was Dead on Arrival or where we have sent you different items from those you have ordered.
We are not responsible for items that get lost in transit, but suggest you use Royal Mail and obtain a proof of postage.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
